RE: COLLABORATION

Recently I collaborated with three people I don't even know, on a post-art project. This is what it looked like when I sent it off to the third person.

RE: COLLABORATION

This is the latest collaboration that I'm involved in, between mine and Al's promotions brand Fuck The White Board and 2 other promoters Snap Crackle and Pop and the Kool Kids Klub.

Every event that is put on is the result of a huge collaboration though, between not just the promoters but the venue, the artists, the management, the booking agent, the designers, the ticket companies, the bar managers, the security companies, the council and most importantly the customers.

COLLABORATION

This is a perfect example of collaboration between two people. In this case, designer Rob Matthews and Illustrator Tom Edwards.

“Tom gave drawings to Rob and Rob tried to make them into photographs.”

This is one double page from the zine (my favourite), the rest can be seen at:

RE: ACCIDENT

I'm pretty lucky. No big accidents, but this is my earliest recollection of an unfortunate event. I was more upset that I got blood over my hand knitted teenage mutant ninja turtles jumper that nan made.

RE: ACCIDENT

No one wanted James. He was the result of some mishap; a ripped condom or potentless pill perhaps. Maybe James is the consequence of the most bold and cunning of sperm. A hero among it’s kind, an Odysseus struggling in the gush of semen and viscous insides.

RE: ACCIDENT

The worst accident I've had was to break my neck. 'Down the front' at Brixton Academy in 2001, a crowd-surfer landed in the top of my head, compacting three of my vertebrae and rendering me unconscious. I woke up with a catheter and no feeling in my arms and legs. But the worst bit was that it was a pop-punk gig. And this is the last thing I remember...

RE: FAVOURITE CHILDHOOD TOY

I still remember how I cut the hair of my first Barbie thinking that it would grow back. It didn't. She wasn't my favourite toy anymore.
